Years ago, a boss called me a "glitter tornado." He meant it as an insult. Glitter gets everywhere, sticks to everything, and is nearly impossible to clean up.
Turns out... so is joy.
Not long after discovering mandala art, I attended my very first retreat. I expected to learn a new creative hobby. Instead, I found a community that celebrated the very things I'd spent years trying to tone down. I left inspired, reconnected with myself, and certain that creativity has the power to change lives mine included.
Today, Glitter Tornado is my reminder to create boldly, leave a little sparkle wherever I go, and never apologize for it.
Turns out, leaving a little sparkle behind isn't such a bad thing.
